Board

The Board manages and administers the Association’s activities and conducts the affairs of the Association, with the exception of powers reserved to the Assembly of Members, and in accordance with the applicable laws and the ECTRI Statutes.

It consists of (five to) seven Board members, including the President of the Association, its Vice-President and Treasurer. All Board members are elected and appointed by the Assembly of Members for a period of two years from lists of candidates of representatives of the Members who may be nominated by any of the Members. The Board generally meets 5 times per year, either in Brussels or online, to review the work progresses and decide on new actions, according to the implementation plan. It is also in charge to elaborate and review the ECTRI strategy.

The current Board entered on duty on January 27th, 2023. Its mandate will run till January 26th, 2025.
